Sammy was our second dog, after jack, the wild border collie chow mix. After our little kitten, Munchkin, died because of a tragic car accident, mom showed a picture of Sammy, just 3 weeks old to us. She was gonna wait until Christmas, but this changed everything. When 5 weeks passed, we got our little bundle of joy and took her home. She has been great ever since, but at 5, she's just a grumpy old couch potato, but we love her.
