I lost my first rotti in April 2005 and was miserable without him, I hated coming home to an empty house. The decision to get another rotti was tough as I know they don't have a particularly long life span but I love them. Tyson had ring worm when we got him so we couldn't cuddle him for a while after we brought him home which was hard as I am a cuddly kind of mum. He is a big boy but he is so loving, a 45kg lap dog. I often tell people I couldn't love him more if I had given birth to him myself.

I agree with you about rotti's being a wonderful breed. I lost my last two boys Tyson (cancer in his shoulder bone) & Kain (cancer in his spine) They are my babies. I had them cremated & they are now home with me along with Kaiser (old age)

Tyson hurt himself on thursday, and the vet thinks he might have hip dysplasia :O( He is confned to his bed for nxt 10 days and they will do xrays if he is no better. Fingers crossed he is better xoxo
