(this is written by my Mommy)... I bought my precious dog on January 7, 2008, when my daughter and I were still living in Los Angeles. I found him in a pet store called "Just Paws" in Glendale, California, which is the city where we lived. My daughter and I looked at several puppies there, but as soon as Pax was brought into the room with us, we fell in love! He had a beautiful face, (our first priority) and immediately cozied up to my daughter and fell asleep on her lap! I knew at that moment we were not leaving the store without him. That was probably the best decision I made in my life, beause Pax turned out to be the SWEETEST dog, immediately showing us how much he loved us from the minute we took him home. He loves ALL people, and has never barked at anyone, not even the scariest looking strangers! People instantly fall in love with his handsome face and loving, playful personality. Pax now lives with us in Manila, Philippines. He is probably one of the most well-traveled dogs. He took his first airplane ride from LA to Manila when he was just 8 months old, and took 4 more trips back and forth from Manila-LA and LA-Manila in a span of just four months! He is quite used to traveling now, and seems to have gotten used to the heat and humidity in Manila, although I will admit that he is always kept inside an air-conditioned room. Nothing but the best for my baby! Pax is my loving companion and best friend. I have never taken a vacation and left Pax behind, and don't intend to...EVER! I can't imagine being without him, not even for a day. He sleeps with me and my daughter on our bed, and has a special place behind my daughter's pillow. I will admit he is the most spoiled and pampered dog in the world! (and I challenge anyone who may claim otherwise) I do not even treat him like a dog. For me he is my SON, and I love him no less than I would a human child.
